Cancellation Policy

I charge a 75% fee for no-call/no-shows and for same day cancellations. If you choose not to pay it you will not be able to book future appointments until it is paid. All no call/no shows will be banned from booking. I allow a 10 minute grace period for late clients. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. The grace period ONLY applies if I’m contacted before your appointment time informing me that you’ll be late Please text/call if you are running late (334) 621-8564
